Expeditions and deliveries

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The costs of shipping the ordered items will be added to the value of the order in the process of completing the order, indicating the destination address.

THE STORE OS GAROTOS can not change the delivery address of the orders from the moment they are despatched. The delivery deadlines mentioned above are merely indicative and do not take into account any delays caused by problems with the carrier, payment authorizations or customs clearance in the country of destination. 

STATUS OF DELIVERY  

All orders are dispatched from the STORE OS GAROTOS warehouse within 2 business days after payment confirmation.As soon as the order is paid, the STORE THE GAROTOS will send an email to the user with the information about their shipment. The user will be able to track his order with the mentioned Carrier. 

EXPEDITIONS AND COLLECTIONS 

During the registration process on www.osgarotos.com the user will have to indicate the data of his address that will be designated by user address. The orders will be delivered to the address defined as the user address. If you want to submit articles for more than one address, you must place an order for each of these addresses. In this case, the user will be charged a shipping cost for each order placed. With the tracking number provided for each order, the user can follow up at any time. 

 

EXPEDITIONS AND COLLECTIONS OF ORDERS IN PORTUGAL AND INTERNATIONAL    

Since the Carrier requires a signature at the moment of delivery of the orders, the user, or a representative, must be present at the destination address on the day of delivery. 

 

DELIVERY OF SUCCESSFUL EXPEDITIONS 

The customer is requested to carefully inspect the order BEFORE signing the delivery document upon delivery of all shipments. All orders from STORE OS GAROTOS are sent inside a sealed coex bag that contain an OS GAROTOS personalized box sealed with security OS GAROTOS logo sticker. If, for any reason, the order appears to be tampered please sign the delivery document with reservations or refuse delivery. If you accept the delivery of the order with reservations, or if you refuse it, please immediately make a complaint to the Carrier and contact us for shop@osgarotos.com explain the situation. 

 

NON-DELIVERY ORDERS IMPUTABLE TO THE USER  

If the order is not delivered successfully at the user’s address, due to some reason attributable to you (absence of person at the address, wrong telephone number, wrong or incomplete address, nonconformity with import regulations, etc.), there may be a risk of the order to be returned to the STORE OS GAROTOS. All charges will be charged to the user, including any import charges that may be collected upon reentry in Portugal, in the case of shipments to countries outside the Community. These costs will be deducted from any reimbursement. 

INSURE  

The STORE OS GAROTOS assures each purchase during the period of transit until the moment of delivery to the user. All orders require a signature at the time of delivery, at which time the responsibility passes to the user. If you designate a recipient other than himself, for delivery purposes, then you accept the evidence of a signature as proof of delivery and compliance by STORE OS GAROTOS and the corresponding transfer of responsibility in the same way. 

 

GREATER FORCE  

In case of force majeure, the obligations of STORE OS GAROTOS may be delayed. The contract between STORE OS GAROTOS and the user may in such cases be partially or completely denounced by either party. It is considered force majeure whenever situations arise of war, civil war, revolution, riot, government measures, strikes, blockades or natural disasters. In any of these cases, STORE OS GAROTOS will do everything to resolve the problem with you as soon as possible. 

Exchanges, refunds and damages

EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND DAMAGESEXCHANGES 

If you may not be satisfied with the order, you can exchange the articles within 15 consecutive days from the date of purchase.  Upon presentation of the ticket purchase and if the articles corresponding to their initial state of dispatch, that means in perfect condition and with no torn label. The article should not have been used, washed or altered and should not show any signs of use. The soles of footwear are at the same level as STORE OS GAROTOS send, that means without signes of use. Items must be delivered to STORE OS GAROTOS with all labels, packaging and other accessories (protective bags, hangers, etc.) when shipped with an order. Footwear and other accessories should be returned in boxes that cannot be damaged and / or altered. The STORES OS GAROTOS don´t accept any exchange of articles that do not apply to the terms and conditions of the above exchanges. 

To obtain an exchange of goods purchased online at osgarotos.com, you can contact STORE OS GAROTOS via email by communicating the exchange that you want to do and the order number that we provided you by email.  

If you don´t want to exchange all articles in your order you need to tel us what references want to make the exchange. 

 

 This request should be executed as soon as possible so that another item, size or deadline can be booked within the stipulated time. To make an exchange of products purchased at STORE OS GAROTOS, simply present the purchase / purchase report.   As with no exercise of the right of withdrawal, all Customs Duties, duties or additional charges that may incur you are not recovered by STORE OS GAROTOS.The STORE OS GAROTOS safeguards that there is no guarantee of existence of article in another size or color. 

 

REFUNDS STORE OS GAROTOS 

Does not make refunds or money back. 

 

DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSPORT / DEFECTIVE ARTICLES  

Returning defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the user. The STORE OS GAROTOS team makes a great effort to carefully check all items for defects before shipping. All items returned as defective will be properly inspected upon receipt and all items subject to normal wear will not be considered defective. Defective items will be exchanged for another item subject to availability. If you do not wish to be awarded a replacement article, a voucher may be issued for use within 15 consecutive days from the date of issue. 

Gift Cards

GENERAL INFORMATION 

Gift cards can be purchased and used at STORE OS GAROTOS and online at osgarotos.com. If you order online, the gift card will be returned (50$, 75$, 100$ or 150$). In case it is purchased at STORE GAROTOS will be the payment by transfer of your payment. They are numbered for internal control via a cup code that must be entered online no purchase payment on osgarotos.com or present at the STORE OS GAROTOS prior to payment. They are valid for 2 months after the purchase and sale date and can be exchanged for cash. They are not valid after their expiration date.  

 

STORE OS GAROTOS is not responsible for their loss, loss or theft. Only one purchase of a value equal to or greater than the Gift Card and any item may be used. If it is not a complete gift card purchase, you may use an additional payment method to complete the purchase process.You are not responsible for (1) delays in shipping, (2) problems caused by incorrect or incomplete and (3) misuse of lost or stolen Gift Cards. STORE OS GAROTOS reserves the right to refuse gift card orders that may be used, fraudulent or related to code duplication. 

Prices and payments

PRICES  

The prices on osgarotos.com appears in EUR €. 

 The price shown for each product does not include shipping costs but includes the VAT rate in force in Portugal (23%).  

 

PRICE CHANGES  

STORE OS GAROTOS reserves the right to change prices of products for sale. Product prices will be valid during an order and confirmation during this specific process.

PAYYMENTS WITH CREDIT CARDS  

All transactions made at osgarotos.com will be forwarded to a secure online banking system provided by Easypay (www.easypay.com) which accepts payments with Visa and MasterCard. Easypay ensures payment processed at a secure gateway certified to the highest PCI DSS Compliance security standard. The 3DS Protocol is applicable on VISA and Mastercard cards.  

STORE OS GAROTOS does not store any card numbers or any kind of payment related information. For more information, please see easypay.com.  

 

PAYMENTS THROUGH MULTIBANK 

Users with a bank account at a Portuguese Bank will be able to settle their orders at osgarotos.com using the ATM payment system. Upon completion of the order, the user will immediately receive an email with the entity and reference ATM to make your payment within 24 hours. STORE OS GAROTOS will only ship the order after payment. Orders that are not paid during this period will be automatically settled at no cost to you.
